attractive phone with enough features to satisfy most buyers, a bit difficult to maneouvre the caller I.D. features to readily access who has called. If used for a general light use the phone is fine and is worth the money

Without any doubt, the best phone if you're working from home on the phone.
Great work-from-home phone. Crystal clear, no hums or buzzes. Enough features for an "At-Home" call center for long periods on the phone. Best headset performance (with a good biaural headset). Don't try to use the junk Plantronics sells, or you will be greatly dissappointed. If I had to buy another phone for my work-from-home position, I would buy another AT&T MIL17929 2-Line phone without a doubt. If you work from home, or spend hours on the phone with a headset, this is the phone for you. I have not found one single thing to say negatively about this phone. It has greatly exceeded my expectations, wants and needs.

Great office speakerphone with headset plug
I work from home and needed a good speakerphone that would also work with a headset. This one has great sound quality and is very easy to use. It allows you to easily switch between headset, speakerphone and handset without unplugging the headset (headset is not included, but I use a standard Plantronics 2.5mm headset and it works great). Includes 18 speed dial buttons that are very easy to program, conference, hold, redial, flash, pause, volume and mute buttons as well. Caller ID shows recent calls for both lines and it has a built-in directory in addition to the 18 speed dial buttons, so you can store more numbers if you wish. Highly recommend!
